Events are categorised as Bullying when Monitor detects a person who:
- Emotionally abuses, intimidates, harasses, or excludes others.
- Posts materials intended to shame or humiliate others.
- Is the target of bullying or emotional abuse.
Risk levels
Bullying risk levels go from mildly abusive comment made in a game or in jest (Level 1) to regular hateful or prejudiced statements (Level 5). Monitor assigns risk levels based on a person’s actions described below.

| 1 | The user made comments aimed at another user (for example, during a game) or a in jest. |
| 2 | The user recently made a seriously abusive comment directed at another person, without physical threats. |
| 3 | The user recently made a hateful or prejudiced statement directed at another person based on race, religion, nationality, sexuality, physical appearance or intelligence once. |
| 4 | The user made a low-level bullying comment, such as a subtle or indirect comment disguised as a joke, towards another user. |
| 5 | The user made hateful or prejudiced statements directed at another person based on race, religion, nationality, sexuality, physical appearance or intelligence. |
