Cloud Scan email notification overview

Cloud Scan sends an email notification about cloud storage scan results daily.  The email includes:

• Scan date - The date scanning was completed.
• Tenant’s name - Your organisation or tenant name.
• Number of files flagged - All files flagged within the last 24 hours.
• Category breakdown - The number of flagged images under each Cloud Scan category.  

Check the scan result details by selecting the Smoothwall or Linewize Portal link in the email. If you haven't been getting scan notifications, look for them in your Spam folder.
