Verify your Help Centre account to get updates on your support tickets

This article is for all Monitor users.

You can receive updates on your Monitor Support tickets only when you have a verified Help Centre account.

  1. Sign up for a Monitor Help Centre account, if you haven’t yet.
    • Email your Customer Support Manager (CSM) with your name, email address and contact number. You can also add the details of other staff who need Help Centre accounts.
    • Open the verification link provided in your CSM’s email and create a password.
  2. If you’ve signed up for an account, open your welcome email and select the verification link included in the message. 
    • Reset your password if the link has expired. The verification link expires after three days.
  3. Sign in to kb.smoothwall.com with your verified account.

Tip

Check your Spam folder if you can’t find your welcome email in your inbox.
