This article is for all Monitor users.
You can receive updates on your Monitor Support tickets only when you have a verified Help Centre account.
- Sign up for a Monitor Help Centre account, if you haven’t yet.
- Email your Customer Support Manager (CSM) with your name, email address and contact number. You can also add the details of other staff who need Help Centre accounts.
- Open the verification link provided in your CSM’s email and create a password.
- If you’ve signed up for an account, open your welcome email and select the verification link included in the message.
- Reset your password if the link has expired. The verification link expires after three days.
- Sign in to kb.smoothwall.com with your verified account.
Tip
Check your Spam folder if you can’t find your welcome email in your inbox.
