Our moderation process for captures with explicit content involving children

Our Moderation Team follows moderation processes for preventing the sharing or storage of captures of explicit content such as nudity, semi-nudity, and Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM) in our servers. 

For images listed in Event Details

Our Moderators process the deletion of captures immediately instead of including them in the reported Events or Alerts.   

For images accessed online

Our Moderators report the explicit images to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC). Their reports include descriptions of the images and their sources, like websites, emails, or usenets or news groups. 

For customers in the United States, our Moderators report explicit images to the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
