Your Organisation Type (e.g., Primary, Secondary, Tertiary) identifies the age range of your organisation’s default alerting profile. Organisation Type also helps our Moderation Team understand the user context, in combination with the age range set on the Alerting Profile.
Before you begin
- You must have the Safeguarding Contact role.
Change your organisation type
- Go to Monitor > Settings > Configuration.
- Locate the relevant organisation or school.
- Select Config on the organisation’s row.
- On the Configuration drawer, select the new Organisation type from the dropdown.
- Select Save configuration.
- Select Confirm on the warning prompt.
The configuration drawer closes and Monitor will apply the age range in the organisation’s default Alerting Profile. Custom profiles will remain unchanged.
