Integrate Monitor with CrisisGo to send alerts and quickly notify staff members when an incident occurs.
When Monitor sends an alert to CrisisGo, you will see the following:
- Building name will be your alerting profile name.
- Sender name will include Monitor’s Risk Category.
- Alert Information will contain the Monitor Risk Level, Category, and a portion of the Event message.
- (Optional) Screenshots from alerts in specific Risk Categories.
Before you begin
- You must be a Safeguarding Contact or an IT Contact in Monitor.
- You must be an Administrator in CrisisGo with access to the Administrator interface.
- Check CrisisGo for any OpenAPI Integration Alert rules that Monitor Alerts could trigger.
- Specify the scope on alert types with All Messages conditions to ensure Monitor alerts can be distinguished from other alerts.
- Check the scope on alert types that include Building name, Sender name and Alert Information conditions, as Monitor alerts use these fields.
- (Optional) If you want Monitor to send Screenshots from specific Risk Categories, make a list of those categories.
Request CrisisGo Integration
- Sign in to CrisisGo with your administrator account.
- On the top right, select your name or the name of the account, then select Integrations in the dropdown menu.
- In My Integrations > Installed, copy the APPLICATION ID for CrisisGo OpenAPI.
- Then select CRISISGO API KEY, then select COPY on the API KEY.

Submit a request to Monitor Support:
- In the Subject field, enter “Integration with CrisisGo”, and in the Description field, paste and label your CrisisGo OpenAPI APPLICATION ID and CRISISGO API KEY.

(Optional) Include the Risk Categories you want screenshots from in your request.
Note
You must configure Message Rules in CrisisGo to allow staff to receive images in their alerts.
Monitor Support will email you to confirm when the integration is complete, then you can configure rules in CrisisGo for Monitor alerts.
