1 | The user has casually mentioned or made jokes about drugs, underage alcohol use, risky internet trends, or minor rule-breaking without expressing a personal desire to participate. |
2 | The user has discussed drug or alcohol misuse, dangerous physical challenges, or criminal acts in a favourable light, or expressed a passive interest in experiencing them. |
3 | The user has made a specific statement indicating their personal intent to misuse substances, participate in a dangerous physical challenge, or participate in other potentially illegal activity. |
4 | The user has actively promoted, shared imagery of, or encouraged other users to participate in drug misuse, dangerous internet challenges, or significant potentially criminal activity. |
5 | The user has demonstrated behaviour indicating active potentially criminal activity, or the direct facilitation of potentially serious crimes (such as selling illicit drugs). The user has expressed intent to commit, or to encourage others to commit, a criminal act, including through coercion or extortion. |
