About record-keeping integrations

Monitor can make managing your UK child protection responsibilities faster and more accurate by integrating Monitor with your record keeping system. You will spend less time on data entry and get matching details directly from Monitor into your record keeping system.

Once the integration is active, Monitor sends Event Types (risk categories) with a level 3 or higher Risk Level to your record keeping system. You can change this by editing your Alerting Profiles if you would like different Risk Levels or to omit specific Event Types.
