Alerts or Events are categorised as Offensive User when Monitor detects a person who:
- Uses profanity or vulgar language (not in a bullying manner).
- Introduces content that may be distressing to others.
- Searches for adult-only games that allow the user to participate in offensive acts.
- Searches for ways to access the "Dark Web" for distressing content (not related to illegal sexual content, drugs or weapons).
Table 1 describes the risk levels associated with an offensive user.

| 2 | Researched non-graphic information related to a video game for adults. |
| 3 | Used strong profanities without intent of personal abuse in recent history. |
| 4 | Engaged in graphic but non-sexual conversation that may have caused shock or distress to other users once in recent history. |
| 5 | Engaged in graphic but non-sexual conversations that may have caused shock or distress to other users several times in recent history. Used high-level profanities. |
