A person who appears to be at risk of non-sexual abuse or is giving indications of suffering from an eating disorder. Someone who is severely distressed or appears at risk of some form of harm. An individual showing signs that they intend to take part in a dangerous online trending challenge either by their own motives, fear of missing out or peer pressure.
