Update Monitor for Windows and macOS

You can download the installer from Monitor to update to the latest version for Windows and macOS devices. 

Download the latest version of Monitor

  1. Sign in to Monitor > Organisations.
  2. Select Edit on your organisation’s tile.
  3. Select Clients on the left navigation menu.
  4. Select an Operating System from the dropdown.
  5. Select Get and save the installer.
  6. Open the installer and follow the installation prompts. See the instructions for Installing Monitor in your operating system.

Download Monitor for older versions of macOS

  1. Go to Smoothwall Product Downloads > Monitor Managed Service Client (GLS).
  2. Select the installer for your operating system. 
  3. Open the installer and follow the installation prompts. See the instructions for Installing Monitor in your operating system.

  Note

The Monitor extensions for iOS browser and Chromebook update automatically.
