Starting the RISE process
Submit a request at any time or contact your Customer Success Manager to start the RISE process.
How RISE Works
At some point, your school may face an emergency situation involving a student who is at immediate risk. Our Rapid Information for a Student Emergency (RISE) process can provide you with additional data and context beyond what is available in your Monitor Portal.
The RISE process is run by specialist-senior staff members who can access the information you need quickly or arrange urgent retrieval of any additional data. We can provide this data to your school, law enforcement or an authorised third-party.
This simple process could prove vital to resolving serious situations where more contextual information is needed. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for any questions.
