Schedule Monitor to actively monitor devices on school days and pause monitoring on non-school days.
Before you start
- To add or edit your Monitor schedule, you must be a Schedule administrator with access to the latest version of Monitor.
- The Schedule feature must be turned on for your organisation. Contact your Customer Success Manager if this feature is unavailable.

Ensure you have all relevant schedules for the school year, such as school days and times, and
non-school days, like public holidays and term breaks.
1: Add the schedule
- Go to Monitor > Settings > Schedules and select Create Schedule.
- In the Create schedule page:
- Enter a descriptive Schedule name to help you easily identify the schedule(for example, SY 2026).

2: Add school days and times
Set the days and times when Monitor should actively monitor school devices. Monitor will not actively monitor users’ devices outside these days and hours.
- Select your School days.

Note
If your organisation has a Cloud Scan integration, Monitor continues to run it once a day, regardless of your active monitoring schedule.

Set when Monitor should pause monitoring your users’ devices.
- Select + Add Non-School Day.
- Enter a descriptive name (for example, Term break or Bank holiday).
