• The user has issued a low-level threat of interpersonal violence (e.g., a fistfight) on school grounds.
• The user has researched, praised, or shared content that idolises past school shootings/attacks.

• The user has made an explicit, direct threat to commit severe violence or a mass-casualty event at a school, including bomb threats, threats of shooting, naming specific targets for severe harm, or announcing an active attack.
• The user offered active encouragement or rewards for others' attacks on schools, including league tables or ratings.
