Monitor has roles that you can assign to users, granting them access to features, functions, and data based on their position within your organization. You should only assign your users the minimum access required to meet their needs.
This article outlines the different roles available, as well as what they allow users to do when managing users through Monitor or through the User Access Management page.

Important
Some customers may experience different or additional access due to your site setup. If the access a user has doesn’t match what’s listed in the table below, raise a ticket.
Contact roles
The four roles below are Contact roles. You can only assign one Contact role per user.

Admin roles
These three roles are Admin roles.
- You can assign one, two or all of these Admin roles to users.
- You can assign these roles in addition to, or instead of, the Contact roles above.

These roles can only be assigned from User Access Management.
