The Event Message is a Moderator’s summary of the activity they consider unsafe. Reviewing the Event Message together with Contextual Captures helps you evaluate the potential risks of an activity and identify appropriate intervention.
View an Event Message
- Sign in to Linewize Cloud Portal > Monitor.
- Select your Organisation and then Events in the top menu. Monitor will display the list of latest Events.
- Select an Event to read the Message in full under Event Details.
Note
You can select Alerting Profiles below the summary panel to see which alerting profiles the student belongs to.

What's next?
- Select Export as a .CSV to save all Event Details as a CSV file.
- Review the Contextual Captures.
- Review the Event.
- Close or reopen the Event.
- Record the Event in Record Manager (integration required) or your school’s preferred record-keeping service.
