Close or Reopen Events in Monitor

An Event status of Open shows which events are awaiting action. You can Close or Reopen Events while viewing the details. Monitor will log each time you or someone else closes or reopens an event and shows this on the Event Details page, letting you see who actioned what and when.

1. Select an Event to view the Event Details page.
2. Select Open or Closed in the Change Event Status options.
3. Optional, add a Note (maximum 200 characters).
4. Select Yes on the prompt.
